I do CrossFit, and the XPDS 18 has been awesome for recovery. The dual controls and 18 modes are perfect for sore muscles after intense WODs. The large display makes it easy to adjust settings, and the long battery life means I don’t have to charge it constantly. Not cheap, but for the relief and recovery it offers—it’s totally worth it!

Using the XPDS 18 with the foot wrap has been such a help for my plantar fasciitis. It really eases the pain that builds up over long days on my feet. I’m thinking about getting the AcuSocks and Trigger Flex Tools next to roll out the bottoms of my feet.

Purchased at the Chicago Midwinter Dental convention and it’s amazing. They caught me as I was walking past and had me try the device. I had really hard nots in my back but after using the XPDS18 I had much more mobility. I’ve been using it frequently and my mother uses it as well. Got it for a really good price compared to retail and love every second of it.

Excellent machine. Start on the lower settings and work your way up. You can make your muscles sore by working them too hard. This is a miracle machine. Highly recommend.

Just purchased this due to hip and lower back pain that would not go away with normal physical therapy. The first day used, my back pain mostly went away. I have been using it each day for 30-60 mins using many different modes. Each has a unique feel on the spot you are trying to work on. Thank you for this as I don’t want to see an orthopedic surgeon, which would be the next step according to my doc. I also am starting to get arthritis in my elbows and wrists, which I am now using this great tool to also take away the pain ????????

I bought this unit at a trade show after having a demo. I suffer from back and shoulder pain from injuries and had been using a low end TENS machine but the difference here was amazing. I often have back spasms that last all day but if I get up and put on the pads I keep the unit attached all day and turn it on to different levels throughout the day. It brings immediate relief allowing me to move freely. I love this unit! The unit is so small it easily tucks into a pocket as I go about my day.

I have suffered with Fibromyalgia, bad disc in my neck and arthritis. This unit has helped reduce my pain as well as helped me wean off some of the medications I was taking.
