Bought two of these at a trade show. While it took a few moments to get adjusted to the stimulation effect (at first, it reminded me of a minor voltage contact. Noticeable but not uncomfortable), the result was outstanding. I started using it with the foot massaging sandals (you can visually see it functioning by the muscle reaction in your feet). Used the pads to stimulate my lower back, and felt in heaven. I’ve been able to focus on reading a book or searching the internet on my tablet while using it. There were four other booths selling other brands at the trade show but the design, warranty, and trustworthiness of the salesmen’s guarantee of the manufacturer’s warranty set us on buying the HiDow product. We were offered a lower price by one of the other booth’s but they weren’t backing their product like this company. You get what you pay for and the relaxation is amazing!

I like it. I have only used this on my back muscles, and I like it, but there is a definite electric jab to it that means it is not exactly like a massage or anything. However, I prefer it to having no back treatment at all. The effects on other muscle groups may feel a bit different. Definitely stimulates the muscles, that’s for sure. Battery lasts a really long time, as do the pads. Probably use it three times a week. I will confess that I purchased at a steep discount, and feel I got a good value.

If you have ever thought of using a TENS/EMS device, this will likely satisfy most of your needs. This unit is as effective for me as the console unit my chiropractor uses on my back; of course his likely cost him thousands! There’s really no negative. It’s solidly made and the cables, which take most of the wear and tear, have proven to be quite robust. And I never imagined the battery could last so long on one charge. With a little reasonable care this should last along time.

I had a hard fall 3 days ago and I went down hard on my knee. I was at the mall and the salesman came up to me and I wasn’t walking like I was hurting at all. He asked if he could put this on my shoulders and I told him if he can stop my knee from hurting, we could talk. He was such a good salesman, I was so relaxed after he put it on my shoulders, then I know it would work on my knee. This AcuXP-D unit, l have bought it from an exhibotor booth . Works very well. Feels good while the tiny stcky parts do the massaging different the parts of your body. l am usung it in on my lower back and my my tired shoulders. This. unit came with USB Cable only, 110 v assmbly had missing connection. Hence using USB to charge the Lithium cell of this unit. l have of couple of extra sticky pads. l do not know how long thelast. l have read on amazon ouple of drops of water wbile. l storing hekos.helps..l thifecimmend it to any one with pain. l became VIP member of hidow, that appafently gives us life tine warranty service, and other promotion..

By far the best money I have ever spent. I have dealt with shoulder and neck pain for about 3 years after a lifting injury. So nice to have my therapy in my own hands where I can place the stim pads where I feel they need to be. Exceptionally easy to use and great being able to just recharge it. Im a believer!!!

GREAT PRODUCT
I’m so glad I bought this portable tens machine! I saw it in a osteopath convention and bought it. I had different brands but so far this is the best one that really works. It gives me more mobility for my joint and tendon pain. My chiropractor has been telling me to get one of these machines, I am really happy with the purchase and will recommend to my loved ones. Other brands are ok for massage but not really as a pain killer.

Relieves pain
I have had lower back pain and upper thigh pain for almost a year. I have tried chiropractors, massage therapist (helped some) and now I am in physical therapy. I could only walk about 5 minutes at a time since the pain was so severe. Had to go to a conference for 4 days. Tried the AcuXP-D at the trade show the first morning. I couldn’t go to any of my meeting since I had to walk quite a ways to get to them. My husband bought me the AcuXP-D in the afternoon. I put it on and went out to eat, then continued to go shopping. I made it through the next 3 days with no problems by using it off and on each day. Today I did not put it on and hardly have any pain. I am proof that this TENS works and I am a Believer in this product

A head on car wreck 4 years ago left me with 2 herniated discs. As a result of the injury my upper shoulders and neck are constantly in pain from tight muscles. The only relief I could find (mnus surgery) was to see a licensed massage therapist a couple of times a week along with a NUCA chiropractor. My husband bought me the AcuXP-D to see if it would help at all. The results have been amazing!! I LOVE this product and the ease of use. Looks like I am going to be able to save some money by not having to go to the massage therapist and chiropractor near as often. I would highly recommend this product to anyone seeking relief from chronic pain.

Great Unit!
I have been dealing with sciatica and this unit really helps with the pain. It also works toward healing the issue. I wear it around quite a bit and keep the cycles going. It is so easy to use, and the charges are very long-lasting. I enjoy the various modes and truly feel the difference with this unit! BETTER THAN DRUGS
I bought this at the end of 8/30/14, and I LOVE it! I have severe arthritis and do not like to take a lot of meds. I manage a retail store full time plus lol, so I am on my feet all the time. This is the best thing! I use it on my knees daily , top of my foot and my inner thighs. I get really painful Charlie horse in the inner thigh area. I would have to take the muscle relaxers and pain meds, which interfered with my daily function, so I would not take them, instead I hurt all the time, NOT NOW… this is so great my husband now uses it too! Wish we would have bought 2! Will be purchasing another soon. Thank You Lind Cranford, you have changed my life! I even went dancing last week!

I love my AcuX-PD. I had surgery on my Achilles’ tendon and it helped so much with the pain. Now after 12 weeks of wearing a cast and then a walking boot, my back is bad. I’m using on my back and it’s the only thing that gives me relief.
