Redeeming Points
Make sure you’re logged into your account before checking out to earn points. You can redeem your points for store credit through the My Points tab in your account or directly at checkout to use on future purchases.


Here’s the break down: Points are earned on your final subtotal after discounts are applied—but before taxes, shipping, and fees.
Example:
- Cart Subtotal: $116.80
- Discount applied: -$10 → You earn points on $106.80 (not $116.80).
- Final total after taxes & shipping: $120.00 → Your earned points are based on $106.80.
Points to Store Credit (Converted)
- Spend $106.80 → Earn 106 points
- Redeem 106 points → Get $10.60 in store credit
Returns, Exchanges & Promotions
Yes! You can use your points alongside other promotions for even more rewards.
Returns or Cancellations: Points earned from returned or cancelled purchases will be deducted from your account.
Exchanges: If you exchange an item, the points earned from the original purchase will remain in your account.
